Kāinga Ora Townhouses

We have completed 120+ townhouses for Kāinga Ora as part of the Christchurch rebuild. The houses have been designed to provide light, healthy spaces that provide each occupant with their own courtyard and connection to their surroundings, and are constructed with NZ grown, sustainably sourced timber.

These units have been constructed using floor, wall and roof panels that are pre-fabricated in a factory to create high performing houses that are economical and efficient to construct and are constructed on concrete foundation pods that in the event of an earthquake can move independently of the houses. Helping to preserve their structural integrity.
