Retail Development – Alexandra

Proposed commercial / retail development on Russell Street.

To include a new café space along the very popular Central Otago Rail Trail.

The extended gable form with timber slats provides sun shading while allowing splinters of light into the café space.

Large exposed trusses are being used to open up the space and express the structure of the building.
